Глутамин является относительно недорогой добавкой и
может быть полезен в дозах 5-10 грамм в день, чтобы
защитить иммунную систему в периоды большого объема
тренировок. Это особенно справедливо для спортсменов,
тренирующихся на выносливость, но также и для «силовиков», если их
тренировочный план включает в себя тренировки на
выносливость.
Глутамин неэффективен для с целью
анаболических эффектов: роста мышечной массы даже в
сверхвысоких дозировках.
И не похоже,
чтобы он позволял минимизировать убыль мышечной массы после
тренировок на низкокалорийной диете.
