А вот если вы любитель сладостей и особенно сладких напитков, стоит
ограничить их употребление. Таким образом вы убьете сразу двух
зайцев – побережете здоровье и снизите количество употребляемых
калорий.
В текущих руководствах по питанию рекомендуется снизить потребление
свободных сахаров до 5-10% от общей калорийности рациона. И особый
акцент делается на фруктозу, которая находится в сладких напитках.
Поэтому ограничение в сладких газировках и других источниках
добавленных сахаров – это разумное решение.
Будьте здоровы и не бойтесь фруктов в разумных количествах!
