Тренировки с меньшим весом являются
хорошей альтернативой для людей, которые не могут использовать
большие веса (например, при различных проблемах со
здоровьем), но выполнять такие повторения для эффективности надо до
мышечного отказа;
– Если же нет причин не использовать б
ольший вес, то, думается, что при прочих равных,
у многоповторки с меньшим весом больше минусов. ЦНС напрягается
больше, отсюда дольше восстановление; сила развивается хуже, а от
избытка силы ещё никто не умирал; времени на такую тренировку тоже
уходит больше, а время это один из драгоценнейших ресурсов; и
давайте говорить откровенно, многие люди в принципе даже близко не
подходят к «отказу», останавливаясь ещё до тех самых «стимулирующих
повторений»;
– Опираться на голые цифры, типа 10 повторений – не совсем верно.
Всегда должен быть определённый диапазон повторений, потому как
именно последние повторения, наиболее близкие к «отказу», являются
ключевыми и стимулирующими, и если уж вы взяли определённый вес, то
не стоит останавливаться только потому, что достигли заветных 10
повторений. Чувствуете, что можете ещё парочку – сделайте ещё
парочку;
В итоге
диапазон повторений от 6 до
15 кажется достаточно разумным для большинства людей.
Подбирать рабочий вес желательно так, чтобы попасть
«стимулирующими» повторениями в этот диапазон! Вес будет не таким
большим, чтобы вы «надорвались», но достаточным, чтобы дать
необходимую нагрузку. Внутри этого диапазона уже можете «играть»
весами в зависимости от цикла вашей периодизации.
